Force Awakens, Rogue One, and Last Jedi each curb-stomped Avengers: Infinity War and every other MCU film in blu-ray sales and streaming service views. Even Solo outdid Spider-Man: Homecoming, Venom, It, and Mission: Impossible - Fallout in blu-ray sales. And that was a film nobody asked for.

And the Canon Star Wars comics appear to be doing as well as DC and Marvel's best series, with the main Star Wars and Vader series both ranking in the top 50 and even top 20 consistently; only seeing a drop coinciding with an industry wide comic sales drop in the last quarter of the previous fiscal year. And the novels are doing more than well.

That's a lot of blu-rays and comics and novels sold for a franchise seemingly nobody cares about.

The only people who "don't care" (lol right) are angry incel assholes who live in their basements and can't talk to real people.

I have hard numbers and facts on my side. I gave you a link showing TFA, Rogue One, TLJ at number 1 in DVD/blu-ray sales, Solo at an acceptable number 12, and if you go to Comichron you will see that the Star Wars comics are also doing reasonably well. I also have on my side Hayden Christensen and Mark Hamill and James Gunn, who have said the exact same things. I also have on my side reputable Star Wars YouTubers like Alex Damon, Dave Lee Down Under, Eckhartsladder, and Hello Greedo (all of whom are held in high regard by the Star Wars community). Then there is that Caltech researcher who showed that a large fraction of the review bombs were from bots.

What do you have? A screenshot showing the aftermath of a smear campaign by bots and a white supremacist Facebook group; and adorable little mister edge-lord inside you telling you to dismiss an IP you don't like as disliked widely.
