    Didn't think it'd cause eye strain. You could down clock it to like 120 hz and see if that helps?

    It's flicker free but I feel like the flicker is there such a weird feeling I will try once more before returning and try lower the colors to 0

    Are you using a low quality cable to it? Try reinstall graphics card drivers. Try recalibrate colours, etc. Try different refresh rates.
