    First trying uploading it on Imgur. Then save it to your computer.
    Then upload it from here.

    If you just try uploading it as your avatar from NB, it won't work. You got to upload it as a .png file to make it work.

    ^^^^When you save it from nb, it saves as a .gif, so the image extensions don't match.

    Yeah, it should work by just uploading. Technically, we don't have a cap on the file size of an avatar (because the max file size is like 10000 KB or something), so only thing you would need to worry about are the dimensions.
