Part two's events are right after Part one's events, at one point even his ear gets cut off from trying to get to the other side, and Lilian snugs it. Part three is an event of what happens after they escape the glass wall.
Just watched the whole thing, and they were really good. Heartwarming ending too, was afraid it would be a sad ending.
