Nintendo Switch Thoughts?

Yeah lol. There is clearly an issue with the design, but not everyone has this issue so it has something to do with the user too. Still, who doesn't get a screen protector first thing???

 

I'm not denying that, but it's partial user-error otherwise 100% would be scratched.

They said that just sold out. They should either send out protective pads or replace all sold docks. That and screens with scratches on the bezel which would mean the dock caused it.

 

Yeah, for that little tablet. Honestly, it's good that things seem mostly modular. The storage is supposedly a 400MB/s Toshiba drive. So SSD level, I wonder if it's not an SSD?

 

720p for handheld and 1080p for docked.
Doubt it for 1080, but it would depend on how graphically intense the game is and the playtime. I mean, to even get 1080p, lots of things need to be reduced so the load would be near as much as a PC/PS4/XBONE, so keep that in mind. You wouldn't wanna play it for long ass periods tho, imo.

 

That's probably because it's not running mobile versions of things. Like, the Unreal Engine is the full-fledged non-mobile version. People have said the switch doesn't get overly hot though, surprisingly.

 

Somehow? Idk, but for a tablet that's some real shit (I think).

Mario will probably sell a fuckload of switches. Pokemon should come out in the first 6 months of 2018. I'd imagine with Mario, Mario Kart and Pokemon, they would push millions of units. (Mario kart surprisingly sells a heap).
