well statistically the chance to see someone from india is pretty high considering the population. mine and lojzi's country have a total of 11 million people lol, so i'd say that is quite lucky

 

1.3 billion people with at max a quarter will speak in english out of which 80-90% are trolls so yeah chances of seeing indians are higher but not on sites like SD but on twitter or fb where you can abuse pakistani's on daily basis and vice versa

at least we have one.the only south asian country that has taken posetive step in all direction is bangladesh.
