Funny thing is that accusations against Huawei seem to be bunk (at the time of writing this at least). It has been shown that there is no evidence whatsoever of a Chinese spyware backdoor in Huawei's networks or towers. What investigations in France and intel leaks did reveal, however, was ample evidence of US intelligence hacking into Huawei networks and towers in order to spy on the organization and find evidence that they were an arm of the CCP. They found little to nothing worthwhile.

Now, this doesn't mean I'll recommend a Huawei product any time soon. I just wanted to make a point.
