Do you think if EU can spend money on Ukraine they won't spent it on themselves

EU i doubt needs to worry about India aur China apart from economically since both of them will be locked in Asia only.India also has pretty good relationship with few European countries like France,UK etc becoz much of our weapons comes from them or historical trade becoz Brits colonised us.
The main issue for Europe will always be Russia since its a giant powerhouse on its Borders

I mean yeah that's the point of Nuke though it will get muddy in case of Europe like will France Nuke russia if the invade Baltics ?

 

Both yes and no.Training doesn't mean much if you don't have enough weapons.Ukraine started receiving weapons in bulk only once it blunted out first Russian assault
The main reason was Russians were literally pathetic in first year of war(especially first few months) like they had entire columns marching in Ukraine without air defence and were cooked.They didn't even have any solid defensive lines during first Ukranian counteroffensive.

And also becoz of massive corruption for decades they were grossly unprepared for offensive

Thats not even it.
They are still not starting ammo production on massive scale which would be logical step and going around begging for ammo.
