    I'm concerned they'll try to say it was user error, but there's no way. I put it in the socket gently, slightly moved it around to confirm in place then latched it. I tightened the cooler with my fingers and not overtight. I've build like 6 PCs putting in cpus all with intel without any soft of issue, so I think I know how to install a cpu.
