Episode 3 was good. I thought there was some care that Hiling had hinted through a few tells here and there. Turns out the hunch was right. I also thought she might've healed him when it was all mysterious and that proved correct. I think she's so hard to him as she thinks that being the King or doing things can put him in danger and get him killed due to his difference. So it's her own way of caring for him. Seems that this ordeal with him trying to escape made her realise this was the wrong way to handle things.

His brother Daida has been swayed/influenced by that magic mirror, that's not good for them to have him as a King. Seeing as he wanted the people that didn't agree to him being King executed. Kind of shitty the people went against the King's will, but at the same time it's somewhat understandale their doubts. It's crushing to Bojji too.

Kage was sent away, hopefully Bojji is able to find him. I have respect for Apeas, absolute chad of a character. Also, wtf was up with that devil creature?

 

Yeah, I can tell this will be absolute top tier if it continues.

 

Wish more shows were in this style, it's super nice.

Episode 4 was good. Man, the starting to now just has you questioning it. Domas has taught Bojji obviously for a long time. Now he's pushed him into the supposed portal to hell. Hopefully he meets a painful end. I wonder how Hokuro will react? He doesn't seem particularly skilled, but he seems like a kind person like Bojji. Better yet, what will Hiling do when she finds out? Obviously Bojji isn't dead, but man, I wonder if he will change? Probably not, he's a character that endures.

Daida is just as much to blame as Domas, he's the one that raised the assassination order. He's obviously being manipulated by the mirror, but to what end? What do the #1 rank kings get that they disappear? How mysterious.

 

Episode 5 was good. So the whole time Kage was there, that was great. So it seems a curse is the reason for Bojji's lack of strength and I assume the reason for his deafness and inability to speak. Looks like we got a glimpse of Bojji's mother too, neat. What a dark ritual to grant power. Did King Bosse also do it? Is that way the devil came out of him? Either way, I didn't expect Daida to refuse the power, interesting. Also, it seems that Domas regrets what he killed. Props to the actual loyalty displayed by Hokuro. Now Bokki and Kage have found themselves before another king.

 

Yeah, no spoilers! I just meant from the betrayal.
