    Honestly you guys totally misquoted me and got the wrong idea. Lol

    When I ment theme I ment skin for a site. Which is the look of site. You asked me earlier if I could make a site theme correct? I said yes I could. Which did not literally mean I could do it from scratch. I was referring to a site like this with a ready made structure. Where you could find multiple themes to edit on to make it your own. With your knowledge of css alone.

    Now when I ment you can add images to css. I ment stuff like banners, or other art work on the side.
