Superman gets that angry because Darkseid brainwashed him and made him invade Earth. He then tries to topple Darkseid on Apokolipse but sees how much the people there really worship Darkseid, losing all faith in that planet and contemplating letting it be destroyed by another enemy.

And in Batman vs Superman.

Apocolypse is far from a Darkseid clone. They are immensely different characters with immensely different motivations. They only share SOME physical appearance similarities.
