    First thoughts is god it looks ugly. That giant ass bezel around the screen is pretty unappealing. The selection of colours is pretty shit too. On the upside it has a dpad, lol.

    >won't connect to tv
    lol, I know it's expected, but still amusing.

    Well, they reached the $200 usd price point, so it'll move buckets.

    I think the colours are cute, but it's a switch that doesn't switch
    But the price point will work for people who want a new ds

    Yeah, would probs work if you want a ds replacement, but it's still not as portable.

    If it was me I'd personally go for the standard switch, but if you'll play 100% portable, then it's probably the better option, imo.

    I play portable a lot of the time. More than xbox, which is mostly for movies. :)
    I will enjoy it a lot. I was waiting for this to happen, after globear told me for ages.... :( lol

    Yeah, this one has an improved battery life IIRC so would be even better in that regard.

    Something to look forward to in any case. I can never have more than enough battery life, especially with gaming. :)

    It's still quite a bit wider. The clam shell of the ds really helps it shrink down.
