So recently we've switched policy to include north american market in my work.

Now we are getting flooded with north American calls, American airlines like AA or UA are a ******* joke, 90% of agents are undertrained because all we got was info "hey we switch to 24/7 service which includes NORAM area" and 2 hour written presentation about general market policy.. boom, on you go.

Even managers are scratching their heads sometimes because the cases are nearly unsolvable. US airlines have such fucked up sets of rules that finding correct fare is like escaping a maze.

And the best of all is that all the shit travellers are calling so that we can solve it they could do in 5 seconds calling the airline themselves...

I'm starting to develop hatred for US travellers in equal amount I have for French...
