Except one thing what

 

The manga from that point on is still good for me (Tartaros arc is especially good). But the anime? Dropped it at the next arc. It was one of the most terrible anime filler arcs I have ever seen. It was just too much of a chore to carry on from there. Didn't even bother with the Tartaros arc and not going to bother with the Fairy Tail anime ever again (will only watch up till Fighting Festival if I ever watch the Fairy Tail anime again).

If anyone else here likes the Fairy Tail anime post Fighting Festival, good for you. But it's too much of a chore for me now.

Biggest travesty was Snape vs McGonagall
They just fire wisps of energy at each other in the film and Snape retreats. In the book it was quite magnificent, with the two throwing all sorts of shit at each other.
