Hey guys, the results are in here!

There is a tie for first, so there will be no second place winner.

All rewards will be distributed shortly. Thanks for participating and congratulations to the winners!

Actually Globear should have gotten second position and there should be no third place.

One of the firsts would have otherwise gotten second, as there was a tie for first there is no second which is usually how things are done.

No if two entries get the highest amount of votes then they are both should get first place unless a tiebreaker vote is used. How can a host decide which entry from the tied ones would get second place without a tiebreaker vote? The contradiction cannot be solved so both get 1st place which is fully deserved.

The second position doesn't even come into the equation so it's obvious that the next entry with one less vote should get second place on the succession basis.

Third position should remain empty as there are no entries eligible for it as the last one got no votes. No votes mean no basis on which the entry could deserve a position.

In my experience if there is a tie between two firsts then there would not be a second, and if there were two seconds there would not be a third. The next in line is eliminated as if there were a first and a second in this case, which is what I meant. Two firsts take the spot of second. I will not sit here back and forward all day, however if I get enough feedback that people feel this is unfairly done, I will change it, no problem.

The issue is more how I handled the votes to distributed prizes. Positioning matters dependent on someone's opinion.

There was a tie for first. So in that case I had those take up the second place spot, and next in line got third, instead of two firsts, a second and no third.

Well I consider it to be unfair. If there is a tie in first place and it is not broken then both deserve 1st place. But negating the 2nd place is unfair because there is nothing to deny it's existence. So the one who is next in line gets second place which is just.

Why would the 1st place holders negate the 2nd place holder?

This is fair, because the 1st place holders are equal, not unequal. If they are unequal then a tiebreaker was used and second place would get filled up. The voting is clear, the tied 1st place entries are equal and not one is above the other. Neither deserve the second spot so it is vacant and goes to the next entry.

Higher position = More prizes. You should get second position as I have already explained..

Oooh well I think 1/2 then 3rd makes more sense so all three spots can be filled out basically?
Well I don't really enter to win keno or whatever so it really doesnt bother me +.+
