    160x340 for the size of the avatar that you are editing.
    Then whenever you are done with that, make another new document that is 180x360 and drag your avatar on that.
    >double click on layer and drop shadow at 90 degress
    >place your stock under your layer and gaussian blur it

    reason why I don't have PSD is cuz you can't make a PSD with this since you are making a new document and dragging your avatar on a new platform z.z
