    Well I finally calmed down and I can definitelly say that this is the best anime movie I have seen.Not a typical romance anime but my God how good it is.

    Makoto Shinkai you get all my praises,wonderful job!

    CoMix Wave Films made a good job,the sountracks and animation are top notch.I just can't describe it with words how much I enjoyed it,hour and 46 minutes well spent!



    My rating is obviously 10/10 and I highly recommend it if you are searching for a great written emotional,dramatic & romantic movie!​

    I watched the movie three times already.

    One for the original screening version that came out in September. The second time is the upscaled HD version that came out at the beginning of February, and the third is when I went to the theater screening on my birthday.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, but I don't think it lives up to its hype. It was aesthetically pleasing with the graphics, and the story was easy to follow, but I don't know, it felt kinda lackluster. However, I did enjoy the suspense.

    Maybe it was the pacing or maybe it was something I couldn't follow, but from the Shinkai films I've seen, they always center around the theme of being distant.

    I will provide a better review at a later date.

    For my likings that was just amazing,I wish it was longer :) loved every single bit of it!

    Musings every time i watch this i think i actually like it a little less. At first it was like HOLLLYYY CUPCAKES
    And now it's all theres a plot hole, theres another, why dont you just give me a bunch of holes +.+

    You sure? I go to like Amazon for example, it says releases "August 4th," however, in the description it's listed as an import with English + Chinese subs - or the version that is already out in Japan.

    I would assume there is, UK is getting it in like November, but I can't seem to find anything for US.
