If you want decent cartoons these days, best to stick to Adult Swim (which is actually owned by CN). These days, one cannot get away with something like SWAT Kats or The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest on Cartoon Shitwork or Nickelodeon.

By the way, I really recommend you check out SWAT Kats and The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest (if you haven't already). They are really underrated and I guarantee you will find them to be awesome.
